Fannett Township Ordinances
On 09/04/2025, the Fannett Township Constables Office sent an official Right-to-Know Law (RTKL) request to Fannett Township. Once the Fannett Township Constables Office receives all the active and valid ordinances from Fannett Township, those ordinances will be uploaded here so all residents of Fannett Township can view and understand the ordinances.

On 10/03/2025 Fannett Township responded the the Fannett Township Constables Office Stating they will not digitalize the files they only have on paper an would require a $72 prepayment for the physical hard copies and will provide by email the ordinances they have digitally.

Fannett Township Constables Office responded by stating someone would be coming to make the payment today (10/03/2025) and to let the Fannett Township Constables Office know when the files will be ready for pickup on of before 10/10/2025 as well as emailing the digital files asap.

Since Fannett Township is unwilling to digitalize all the ordinances, once Fannett Township provides the hard copies to the Fannett Township Constables Office, the Fannett Township Constables Office will digitalize the files and upload the ordinances to this site for the whole community to read. The Fannett Township Constables Office will continue to keep up to date with all Fannett Township ordinances in order to keep all of the Fannett Township residents informed. Fannett Township Constables Office is still currently waiting on the digital ordinances from Fannett Township and will work to get all ordinances scanned and uploaded to this site in the next few weeks.

On 10/08/2025, Fannett Township emailed the Fannett Township Constables Office with the remaining ordinances they had in digital form. You can now find according to Fannett Township ALL ACTIVE and VALID Ordinances.
